Work with MS PowerPoint template
Use the following steps: | You can Download the two files as one

or download every file individual: - Download NSFSTC PowerPoint template.ppt (84KB from 11/03/00). - Download NSFSTC Design template.pot (59KB from 11/03/00) |
| If you can't download the first file, because
it's opening himself in PowerPoint, then right click it with the mouse and
chose "Save Target As..." and save it e.g. on the desktop. |
| Open the file in MS PowerPoint |
| Go to View - Normal |
| Click "Click to add first slide" |
| Choose your Layout |
To modify/update an existing Presentation, use the "NSFSTC Design template.ppt" as follow:
| Open your existing Presentation MS PowerPoint |
| Make sure, that in "File" - "Page Setup" you have the size "Letter Paper (8.5x11 in)" |
| Click "Format" |
| Click "Apply Design Template..." |
| Choose "NSFSTC Design template.pot" |
| Save your presentation now, but not later, otherwise it's saved in black & white mode |
| Click "View" on the menu bar |
| Click Master - Slide Master |
| Again, click "View" |
| Click Black and White |
| On the Master Slide, click to the background and delete it |
| Print it (do not save it, otherwise it's saved in black & white mode...) |
