Job Preparing Advice

Some advices about preparation for a job interview from Carl Wooten. It might be something most you  know but some of you might find it useful.

  1. Read “Knock’em Dead" by Martin Yates.(I have copies)

  2. Prepare for any interviews by finding out as much as you can about the company you plan to visit.
A good way to start is to go to a search engine like Google or Yahoo and enter  the name of the company surrounded  by quotation marks. You will find at the least the company home page and  usually many other interesting places to search. Go to GlaxoWellcome and then select "scientific".

  3. When you have researched the company, develop a list of question that you can use to hold up your end of the conversation during your interview.
